Synopsis:

Defining the term "trade name" for specified purposes; requiring the holder of an insurance producer license to use the name in which the license is issued or a trade name filed with the Maryland Insurance Commissioner when engaging in specified activities for which a license is required; requiring a specified licensee to notify the Commissioner of a change in the trade name of the licensee within a specified period of time; etc.
