Requiring a specified party to a specified appeal of a zoning action of the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County or a decision of the Board of Appeals of Washington County relating to land use that concerns hospitals or medical campuses to post a specified bond or other security under specified circumstances; requiring a circuit court to hold a specified hearing to determine the amount of a specified bond or other security; providing for the calculation of a specified bond or other security; etc.
