Election Law - Rotation of Candidates Names on the Ballot

Synopsis:

Requiring that the names of specified candidates be listed on the ballot in accordance with regulations adopted by the Secretary of State; and requiring the regulations to include a protocol for the rotation of the names of specified candidates.
