Election Law - Certificate of Candidacy - Address Requirement

Synopsis:

Requiring a candidate filing a certificate of candidacy for elective office to use the address of the candidate's current domicile as defined in � 11-113.1 of the Transportation Article; repealing a provision of law allowing a candidate to use the candidate's address on the statewide voter registration list or the candidate's current address; etc.
