Establishing a StateStat accountability process to enhance the managing for results process; authorizing the Governor to require specified agencies to participate in the StateStat process; requiring specified agencies to submit specified strategic plans and performance measurement reports to the Secretary of Budget and Management as part of a specified budget submission; requiring the performance measurement reports to contain specified information; etc.
