State Board of Nursing - Licensing, Certification, and Reinstatement Requirements

Synopsis:

Altering supervision provisions concerning the authority of unlicensed individuals performing specified acts of registered nursing and licensed practical nursing; requiring the State Board of Nursing to begin a process of requiring criminal history records checks as a condition of licensure reinstatement and certificate reinstatement; altering specified grounds for revoking temporary licenses or temporary certificates if a criminal history records check reveals specified information; etc.
