Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2005 - Baltimore City - Safe Haven House for Youth and Families

Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2005 to change the name of a grantee from the Board of Directors of the Knox Community Development Corporation, Inc. to the Board of Directors of the Oliver Community Association, Inc.; and extending the deadline by which the grantee is required to present evidence to the Board of Public Works that a matching fund will be provided.
