Department of Education - Residential Child Care Programs - Rate Setting Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Education to adopt regulations that link the determination of rates for residential child care program services licensed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the Department of Human Resources, and the Department of Juvenile Services to performance-based outcomes by January 1, 2008.
