Criminal Procedure - Registered Offenders - Residential Restrictions

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person who is required to register on a specified offender registry for a term of life from residing, after September 30, 2008, within 1 mile of a public or nonpublic elementary or secondary school or a park where children regularly gather; establishing a penalty; and providing for the retroactive application of the Act.
