Building Opportunities for All Students and Teachers (BOAST) in Maryland Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Providing a tax credit against the State income tax for contributions made to an eligible educational scholarship organization or an eligible innovative educational grant organization; requiring the State Department of Education to administer the tax credit; requiring an entity to submit an application to be an eligible educational scholarship organization or an eligible innovative educational grant organization by a specified date each year; etc.
