Potomac River Fisheries Commission - Commissioner Compensation

Synopsis:

Authorizing the members of the Potomac River Fisheries Commission to receive up to $250 in compensation for each day or portion of a day spent in the performance of their duties; providing that the members of the Potomac River Fisheries Commission may not receive more than $1,500 in compensation in any year; providing that the Act does not apply to the compensation of the incumbent members of the Potomac River Fisheries Commission from Maryland; and making the Act subject to a specified contingency.
