Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard and Procurement of Renewable Energy - Solar Energy

Synopsis:

Altering the renewable energy portfolio standard by requiring that specified portions of electricity derived from Tier 1 sources be derived from solar energy in specified years; repealing a provision that provides that an electricity supplier receive double credit toward meeting the renewable energy portfolio standard for energy derived by solar energy sources under specified circumstances; altering the amount of a specified compliance fee; etc.
