Synopsis:

Altering a specified penalty for a person who is convicted of the felony of causing, inducing, or knowingly allowing a minor to engage in specified child pornography, photographing or filming specified child pornography, using a computer to depict or describe specified child pornography, knowingly promoting, distributing, or possessing with intent to distribute specified child pornography; etc.
