Property Tax - Homeowners' Property Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Altering the computation of the homeowners' circuit breaker property tax credit; increasing from $200,000 to $300,000 the maximum combined net worth that a homeowner may have to qualify for the credit; and applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2007.
