State Citizens Review Board for Children - Child Abuse or Neglect

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Citizens Review Board for Children, its designee, or staff to report previously unreported child abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities under specified circumstances; and authorizing the Attorney General to impose a civil penalty for a violation of a provision prohibiting the disclosure of specified information.
