Commission on Maryland's Energy Future

Synopsis:

Establishing a Commission on Maryland's Energy Future; providing for the membership, leadership, and duties of the Commission; requiring the Commission to meet within 1 month after enactment of the Act; requiring the Commission to report to the Governor and General Assembly on or before a specified date; and providing for the termination of the Act.
