Ground Rents - Notices Regarding Ground Leases on Residential Property

Synopsis:

Requiring a leasehold tenant under a specified ground lease to notify the ground lease holder of any change of address of the leasehold tenant within a specified time period; altering the method by which a leasehold tenant is required to give specified notice to a ground lease holder; requiring a ground lease holder under a specified ground lease to mail to the leasehold tenant a bill for the payment of ground rent due no later than 60 days before the payment is due; etc.
