Candidate and Other Outdoor Signs - Removal and Enforcement

Synopsis:

Requiring a candidate or a designee of a candidate, immediately on the closing of the polls, to remove from a polling place and an area within 500 feet of a polling place, any sign that advertises the candidate; providing for specified penalties for failure to remove specified signs from specified polling places within 24 hours of the closing of the polls; providing for specified penalties for failure to comply with specified provisions of law relating to the posting and removal of specified candidate signs on specified highways; etc.
