Requiring the Maryland Transit Administration to continue to operate
passenger railroad service on specified railroad lines at levels
equivalent to the levels established as of specified dates;
prohibiting the Administration from closing a station before a
specified date, subject to an exception; requiring the Administration
to hold a public hearing under specified circumstances and to give
notice of the hearing; prohibiting the Administration from taking
specified actions if inadequate notice is given; etc.
