Vehicle Laws - Motorized Wheelchairs and Scooters - Guidelines

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to develop and update, on or before December 1, 2007, and in consultation with one or more community organizations for individuals with disabilities, guidelines for the appropriate use on streets of motor-driven wheelchairs, scooters, and other devices designed to provide mobility assistance for individuals with disabilities; requiring the Administration to provide for distribution of the guidelines; etc.
