Education - Nonpublic Schools - Notification of School Administration of Enrollee with Criminal Record

Synopsis:

Expanding the disclosure requirement, under specified circumstances, of a police record and juvenile court record concerning a student to include the principal of a nonpublic school in which the student is enrolled, or the principal's designee, and specified superintendents of schools; and requiring the confidentiality of the records obtained by the nonpublic school principal.
