Synopsis:

Providing a percentage price preference for locally grown foods under specified circumstances; requiring each county board of education to adopt specified regulations concerning the establishment of a specified percentage price preference; requiring county boards to review specified procurement specifications and, to the extent practicable, require the use of a percentage price preference in their purchase of food; defining terms; etc.
