Environment - Water Appropriation Permits - Groundwater Recharge Area

Synopsis:

Altering requirements for obtaining a permit for the appropriation and use of State groundwater; requiring the Department of the Environment to include specified lands, under specified circumstances, for the lands considered to be under the control of a municipal corporation for purposes of the calculation of a groundwater recharge area for a water appropriation permit; etc.
