Synopsis:

Establishing a Commission on Gambling Addiction in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; providing for the membership, terms, quorum, and meetings of the Commission; specifying that the purpose of the Commission is to study the effects of individuals who are addicted to gambling, to measure the cost of gambling addiction, and to propose specified solutions; etc.
