Requiring an electric company, on written request of an electricity supplier, to give to the requesting electricity supplier specified information regarding specified customers; requiring a specified list to contain specified information; requiring the list to be provided in electronic form and to be updated quarterly; authorizing an electric company to request that the Public Service Commission set a specified fee; etc.
