Health Insurance - Visits After Diagnostic or Surgical Procedure Using Anesthesia - Coverage

Synopsis:

Requiring specified insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for at least one follow-up visit, and any additional follow-up visits that are medically necessary, to specified health care providers after specified diagnostic or surgical procedures; and defining the term "provider".
