Health - Disclosure of Medical Records - Cases Before the Workers' Compensation Commission

Synopsis:

Requiring a health care provider to disclose medical records without the authorization of a person in interest in accordance with a specified subpoena for a case before the Workers' Compensation Commission, subject to specified exceptions and the additional limitations for a medical record developed primarily in connection with the provision of mental health services; etc.
