Real Property - Priority of Liens - Condominium and Homeowners Associations
Providing that condominium unit owners or lot owners within homeowners
associations are liable for specified fees, assessments, and charges;
authorizing a homeowners association to enforce the payment of
specified fees, assessments, and charges by imposition of a contract
lien under specified circumstances; providing that a specified portion
of a condominium or homeowners association lien has priority over a
first mortgage or deed of trust under specified circumstances; etc.
