Allowing individuals and corporations specified credits against the
State income tax for costs associated with the purchase and
installation of energy-efficient residential heating and cooling
systems for a specified period of time; specifying standards to
qualify for the credit; limiting the total credits that an individual
may be allowed for any taxable year; authorizing the Maryland Energy
Administration to adopt regulations to establish and implement the
program; providing for the application of the Act; etc.
