Synopsis:

Establishing the Green School Buildings Fund; providing for the purpose of the Fund; requiring the State Treasurer to hold the Fund and the Comptroller to account for the Fund; requiring the Governor to include $1,000,000 in the operating budget or capital budget submission beginning in fiscal year 2009 for the Fund; requiring the Board of Public Works to administer the Fund and to adopt specified regulations; etc.
