Requiring the State Board of Elections to prepare and post a specified guide for voters on its website; requiring specified statements drafted by specified agencies or offices be subject to specified requirements; requiring specified agencies or offices to schedule a specified meeting and follow specified procedures that relate to preparing a specified guide; creating a right of review of specified titles and statements by a specified court; etc.
