Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to adopt regulations that prohibit a county board of education from knowingly hiring certificated employees who have been convicted of specified criminal offenses including child sexual abuse; requiring a county board to dismiss an individual who has been convicted of these same crimes; etc.
