Synopsis:

Altering the total number of specified retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or Teachers' Pension System that specified school districts may rehire; and altering the criteria for hiring specified retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are exempt from an earnings offset of a retirement allowance.
