Education - Public Charter Schools - Revisions

Synopsis:

Requiring public charter schools to submit applications on or before August 1 of each year; requiring county boards of education to review these applications and render a decision on or before December 1 of each year; prohibiting public charter schools from seeking waivers from specified charter school laws; subjecting implementation of specified agreements to specified negotiations; requiring county boards to disburse unrestricted current expense funds in accordance with a specified formula; etc.
