High School - Compulsory Attendance - Diploma by Examination

Synopsis:

Requiring children who are 16 years old or older who withdraw from a public or private school program to take the examination for a high school diploma at a specified time; requiring children who fail the examination for a high school diploma to enroll in specified school or educational programs; requiring persons with legal control and custody of children who withdrew from school who failed the examination to see that the children attend school or receive the required instruction; etc.
