Synopsis:

Establishing the "Share the State Fair!" Program in the Department of Education; specifying the purpose of the Program; requiring the Governor to include a specified amount of money in the State budget each year for the Program; specifying the amount of a matching grant; restricting the use of grant money to the payment of specified costs; requiring the State Superintendent of Education to evaluate and make recommendations to the State Board of Education regarding grant applications; etc.
