Reestablishing the Joint Committee on Unemployment Insurance Oversight; establishing the membership and staffing of the Committee; requiring the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Delegates to designate cochairs of the Committee; requiring the Committee to examine specified issues; authorizing the Committee to examine specified issues; requiring the Committee to issue a report on December 31 of each year; terminating the Act at the end of December 31, 2010; etc.
