Vehicle Laws - Eluding a Police Officer - Crimes of Violence

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a driver of a motor vehicle from attempting to elude a police officer if the officer is attempting to apprehend the driver for the commission of a crime of violence for which the driver is subsequently convicted; defining a term; and clarifying language.
