Entitled:
Wholesale Distributor Permitting and Prescription Drug Integrity Act

Synopsis:

Requiring a wholesale distributor to hold a permit issued by the State Board of Pharmacy before the wholesale distributor engages in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs or devices in the State; requiring specified entities to hold a wholesale distributor permit; providing that specified requirements for obtaining a permit do not apply to a manufacturer who distributes specified prescription drugs; etc.
