Establishing a milk processor - farmstead cheese producer permit; authorizing the holder of a milk processor - farmstead cheese producer permit to perform specified functions and to produce farmstead cheese; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to issue only a specified number of milk processor - farmstead cheese producer permits; establishing qualifications for a specified milk processor - farmstead cheese producer permit; providing for the expiration date of a milk processor - farmstead cheese producer permit; etc.
