Synopsis:

Providing that specified employees of the Revenue Authority of Prince George's County are subject to the County personnel law; providing that specified employees of the Revenue Authority have the right to organize and bargain collectively and are subject to the County Labor Code with regard to collective bargaining for specified terms and conditions of employment; etc.
