Establishing a Task Force to Study the Feasibility of Developing Urban Senior Care Communities in Baltimore City; specifying the membership of the Task Force; specifying the duties of the Task Force; providing for the staffing of the Task Force; providing that members of the Task Force may receive reimbursement for travel expenses; requiring the Task Force to issue a report by December 31, 2007, to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Health and Government Operations Committee; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
