Workers' Compensation Insurance - Subrogation Rights of Insurers

Synopsis:

Providing that if an insurer pays a specified claim under the workers' compensation law, the insurer is subrogated to a specified cause of action of a specified claimant against the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund for specified uninsured motorist coverage or against specified uninsured motorist coverage.
