Housing - Discrimination Based on Source of Income - Prohibitions

Synopsis:

Altering the housing policy of the State to provide for fair housing to all citizens regardless of source of income; establishing specified qualifications and limitations on the general prohibition against discrimination in housing based on source of income; making it unlawful to refuse to sell or rent a dwelling to any person because of source of income; making it unlawful to discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions, or privileges of sale or rental of a dwelling because of source of income; etc.
