Maryland Transit Administration - Passenger Railroad Services Contracts - Resolution of Contract Disputes

Synopsis:

Exempting specified disputes arising from specified Maryland Transit Administration contracts for passenger railroad services from specified provisions of law; and providing that resolution of disputes arising from specified Maryland Transit Administration contracts for passenger railroad services shall be by binding arbitration under specified circumstance.
