Income Tax - Subtraction Modification - United States Coast Guard Auxiliary

Synopsis:

Reducing the duration of service required in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary from 72 months to 36 months in order for an individual to be eligible for a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for service in specified fire, rescue, or emergency medical services organizations; repealing obsolete language; altering the amount of the subtraction modification; applying the Act to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2006; etc.
