Increasing to seven the number of specified Class B licenses for hotels and restaurants in Baltimore County that a single person may obtain under specified circumstances; providing that a person may have a direct or indirect interest in a license; specifying circumstances that evidence an indirect interest; increasing to seven the number of licenses that a single person may obtain for hotels and restaurants in the Liberty Road Commercial Revitalization District in the county; etc.
