Extending to a Prince George's County fire and explosive investigator operating in Prince George's County the authority of the State Fire Marshal and full-time investigative and inspection assistants in that office to make warrantless arrests and exercise specified powers of arrest; authorizing a Prince George's County fire and explosive investigator to exercise specified authority while operating outside Prince George's County under specified circumstances; etc.
