Carroll County - Abatement of Nuisances - Ongoing Violations
Establishing that if the growth of weeds, accumulation of refuse, or
other specified nuisance continues in Carroll County after more than
two notices have been sent within a 12-month period to both the owner
and occupant of the property on which the nuisance is found, the
nuisance shall be considered an ongoing violation; and authorizing the
County to take action to abate an ongoing violation without giving
additional notice under specified circumstances.
