Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, in collaboration
with other State agencies, to establish and promote a public awareness
campaign related to the prevention of Lyme disease and other tick-
borne illnesses; providing for the components of the campaign;
authorizing the Secretary to use specified resources to carry out the
provisions of the Act; and terminating the Act at the end of September
30, 2009.
